Me and some friends are about to make up Russian translations for the "keys reference". I've checked out the current sources with: bzr checkout lp:inkscape-docs .
There are no Russian translations for the keys reference as for now, even no outdated translations, are there?
We are going to create keys/ru.po from keys.pot with poedit and/or gtranslator. We'll send the results. Do you have any comments for us?

Confirmed. The Keys reference translations are relatively recent, and very few languages are translated.
We are going to create keys/ru.po from keys.pot with poedit and/or gtranslator. We'll send the results.

Feel free to open a new bug report and attach your file when it's ready. We'll then use it to track the modifications and commits.

Bot that I know of. AFAIK, someone started that long time ago but never finished.
