Hi Nazarii,
welcome! (we already exchanged a couple messages via website)
To make the website available in Ukrainian, there are a couple steps
involved:
1. translating the po file, so we can add the translation to the website
menu - it doesn't need to be 100%, but some considerable content should
be made available first
2. then translating the start page
3. then translating then Learn page
4. and only then can the tutorials page be translated.
This needs to be done in order because of the website structure.
Translated subpages without a page translated that is higher in the page
hierarchy will not show up (at least they didn't previously).
So this is where you need to start:
https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape-web-i18n
After working on the po file, we need to add the language to the website
(please remind me when the po file is ready). Until then, please
familiarize yourself with the Wiki page here:
http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/WebSite
and let us know if you have any questions about it.
It may be good to do the first steps in website translation together
(via chat channel), as the website CMS is a bit broken and difficult to
navigate at times - it's also not very forgiving, if one makes a mistake.
Hope to see you on GitLab soon!
Kind Regards
Maren
