Hi, I'm having a few doubts translating several terms: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- #: ../src/extension/internal/pdfinput/pdf-input.cpp:53 #, fuzzy msgid "media box" msgstr "media box"
#: ../src/extension/internal/pdfinput/pdf-input.cpp:54 #, fuzzy msgid "crop box" msgstr "crop box"
#: ../src/extension/internal/pdfinput/pdf-input.cpp:55 #, fuzzy msgid "trim box" msgstr "trim box"
#: ../src/extension/internal/pdfinput/pdf-input.cpp:56 #, fuzzy msgid "bleed box" msgstr "bleed box"
#: ../src/extension/internal/pdfinput/pdf-input.cpp:57 #, fuzzy msgid "art box" msgstr "art box" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Should these be translated?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
#: ../src/ui/dialog/filter-effects-dialog.cpp:2123 msgid "Kernel"
[...]
#: ../src/ui/dialog/filter-effects-dialog.cpp:2134 #: ../src/ui/dialog/filter-effects-dialog.cpp:2167 msgid "Kernel Unit Length" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What is meant by "kernel"?
Thank you very much in advance,

Kernel here means the "filter kernel" - this relates to signal processing as is roughly speaking an indication of transition bandwidth of the created filter. Mind that we are talking 2D filters here, but the names still hold.
You could see: http://www.dspguide.com/ch16/2.htm
This could also (hopefully) give some indications and in your language too: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kernel_%28mathematics%29
Regards,
Thanks, that was indeed of very much help.
