[Inkscape-user] Can't adjust stroke width in Inkscape 0.45.1

Hi folks,

I just upgraded to 0.45.1 from 0.43.2 (I think) and I can no longer adjust stroke widths. The dialog is present and I can adjust color and other features but not width (or dash either).

Any suggestions? Is returning to the earlier version my only choice?
