[Inkscape-user] windows install issue + Flash import

hiya -

just tried installing the Latest build on windows and get an error:

libatkmm-1.6-1.dll can't be found...

and the installer quit.

any suggestions? is there an installer with all the dependent files included?

Also, is there any way to get inkscape created elements into Flash?
