All good ideas. But the framework we choose will likely depend on the person who is able to do the work required, I'm happy to let the css maker and template editors make the call on what to use.
If you're interested in helping Josh with the production, I think he will act as a center point for this. I'd be happy if he ends up making the call on what framework to use.
