hahaha that's so "open source", if you know what i mean. there must be a
GUI way... :)

Seriously, though, check these bugs
Short answer: no, the gui is not done yet, but internal structure and external standards have progressed to the point to allow this work to be finished. Check those bugs and see that all the aspects you need are covered.
