Hello,
Try creating one in your %HOME% directory. Mine read (not counting the $ line)
If tried creating .gtkrc-2.0 .gtkrc gtkrc-2.0 gtkrc
containing only gtk-can-change-accels = 1
With no success.
I've tried placing the files in several other reasonable locations. Again with no success...
