No idea who, apart from yourself, Ryan or Tim.
I don't know if it has to be, to be honest, all you need is someone on the back end who can do some of the admin work and sort of take charge. Mostly I think it's executive resources. Maybe a bit of editing skill on the side.
Myself, Ryan and Tim aren't any that kind of person. As different as we are.
