Since I have a PowerPC I cannot download any of the pre-compiled packages, but I have downloaded the source and compiled it. Except for one glitch, which I think is a compiler bug, it compiled and installed cleanly.
The 3D Box tool is interesting but I think the Effects->Render->Gear... is more fun.
