Ctrl+Shift+E/File->Export Bitmap does nothing. I guess a dialog is

Hi, the dialog is a child window that doesn't have an entry in the task bar. You can try reducing the number of open windows and then right-click on your task bar to cascade your windows. This will probably bring up any obscured child windows.
Or you could shut down Inkscape, edit %appdata%\Inkscape\preferences.xml so that <group id="export"> has x="1" and y="1", and launch Inkscape. The dialog should pop up on the top left of the screen now.

Hi everybody Guillaume from France here. I'm not exactly new to inkscape (I started with Sodipodi a few years ago actually) , but I can't find how to trace the center of a circle. Can someone help? Thanks Guillaume

not sure if this is what you mean, but this is a manual, old-school, geometry-based, visual method of finding the centre:
if you know the diameter of the circle (the w width in inkscape), then draw a horizontal line line that long. drop it across the circle, so the ends are on the edge. do the same with a vertical line.
where they cross is the centre of the circle.
as i said, this is manual, but it should give you a good idea as to where the centre is.
if you need the exact co-ordinates of the centre, then you should be able to do it from the x,y, w, h details of the circle. x + half w, y+ half h.
