[Inkscape-user] selecting multiple mesh node/stops part 2

Hi Friends, Recently I posted a feature request, to be able to color multiple gradient mesh nodes/stops at once, using the dropper tool. But now, I think I might have found a bug. If I drag a selection box around several nodes, I expect those to become highlighted, and they do. If I drag around some different nodes, those also become highlighted. However, the ones that were highlighted before are still highlighted, instead of becoming deselected. It's as if I was holding the Shift key, but I wasn't. Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit, Inkscape 0.92pre3, 32-bit, exe installer. Need a test tile or other files? Shall I make a bug report? Or is this expected behavior, for some reason?
