[Inkscape-user] how to including a form in a clone set

How can i link a form to a clone set? If I want to unlink somethink I just go ctrl+alt+D (windows XP) Can go back from there relinking it? - how can i include a new form in the clone set? (I know i did once but I don't know how did I get there) basically I was modifying a set of clones through the main form, suddenly i decide to make a star on top of the clone master and the star was in all the clones as well and whatever i drew I could get the same in all clones. unfortunately I lost that file and I do not know how I did activate such a function.
