These changes occur even when I make small changes to an image. If I am working in a 128x128-pt window with an image that I want to enlarge to 128x128, I find that the dimensions and locations change from what I have inputted, so that 128 will be 126.7, for example. I often have to keep putting in the values I want. The the number will go to 127.4, 127.99, etc.
