[Inkscape-user] keyboard shortcuts to toggle lock/show layer

Dear all, Frequently, I use JessyInk to create presentations. When using jessyink, i want to show/hide and lock/unlock layers often. Is there a keyboard shortcut to do this? Can it be created?
