[Inkscape-user] TSP (traveling salesman problem) art WAS shaded hatching

I have tried TSP art[1], but inkscape redrawing was slow while rotate and resize the TSP image cause me to miss rotate and miss scale even with snap to gird on

I am wondering if there is another tool that can do the rotating and resize the tsp image?
