running Win32 Inkscape from Sept16, svn19853, when I load a jpg file of about 100K or so I get the DOS exit message : terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Gdk::PixbufError'

I don't get any message, it just doesn't work. When I try to import nothing happens at all.

So there is only a few I can report - but I'll try.
