[Inkscape-user] How to get coordinates of node handles

Hello everybody out there using Inkscape,

Is it possible to get the exact coordinates of a node handle and change their numeric values? One can of course zoom in and look at the coordinates of the mouse cursor, but that's not perfectly precise. I also found this thread in the forum (http://www.inkscapeforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=295) but it doesn't really contain a good answer.
