I was wondering since tutorials are severely lacking in Inkscape.
There are good tutorials in the Help menu.
Which program(s) (Illustrator, Coreldraw,....)
Inkscape is better than them :)
Okay, it is just different. I would say the functionality is just about on par with Freehand 8 or 9 (my last Windows apps), but it's really improving at a frantic pace.
Which program's tutorials could best be done in Inkscape?
Just read the help, which is easy, and play with the app. It ain't rocket science. There is also a really good online manual at: http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/index.php
