I have Inkscape 0.40 on Mandrake Linux.

I would like to put the text on the circle in order to make a logo. But I do not arrive there. How put the text and the circle in same time ? Thank you.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but maybe you just have to select the circle & then move it to the bottom [PageDown key; maybe repeatedly, until the text shows up]. Or do you want to align the text along a circle?
