AFAIK Flash does not import SVG or PDF. So a possibility can be to export EPS from Inkscape and import it into Flash. However some features like gradients, transparency or masks may be lost during the process. The most secure direct way is to export PNGs but then you loose the vectors and end up with a bitmap...
