[Inkscape-user] Changing svg coordinates from floating point to fixed

Crazy question: I've hit a bug in svgweb where it can't handle path nodes having coordinates in exponential notation (2e-5) but fixed point works (.0002).

Is there anyway to tell inkscape to not used exponential notation?
