Hi Freemem
I'm Swedish speaking but haven't been active in a few years. If you have any questions just send me an email.

Hi Freemem,

please see https://inkscape.org/contribute/translations/ for info about
how to get started and where to ask.

To find out whether someone else has been working on a Swedish
translation file, you can also check that file's history.

E.g. for the Inkscape 1.0.x Swedish interface translation file:
https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/-/commits/1.0.x/po/sv.po

It looks as if the last translator that worked on the file was Joshua
Simmons in April 2019, and before that, Oscar Gustafsson in April 2018.

So the file looks pretty neglected. I don't know of any other current
Swedish translators, but you can ask on the translators' mailing list.
