[Inkscape-user] Can someone tell me where I might find some better documentation on Flow INTO FRAME

I am looking for better documentation on Flow into frame, I am looking to flow text into a shape, where the text follows the contours of the outside of the shape. Can anyone help with pointing me to where some good documentation on this may be available.
