thank you for the file. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reproduce the problem.
I am printing from Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.5 (2060ec1f9f, 2020-04-08)
and from Windows 10, Inkscape 1.1-dev (57121a2, 2020-06-17)
my printer is a Hp Officejet Pro 8210.
In both cases the agreement with the expected dimensions is essentially perfect.
