[Inkscape-user] Bulleted lists in Inkscape? Hanging indents?

I want to create a bulleted list in an Inkscape document, along the lines of

* the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog

* lazy dog quick jumped over

* the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog

If I have to insert the bullet symbols by hand, that's OK (though not ideal) but is there any way to get the hanging indent on the paragraphs? (In case the layout of this post gets messed up, the list items items should just like the standard bulleted lists on an HTML page.)
