1. Try printing as bitmap. In the print dialogue, select Rendering -> Bitmap. This is a workaround most printing problems. 2. ?? I think it should be to scale. Size the page the same as your paper and view on 100%. 3. See 1 4. See the preferences under the File menu.

Someone else may know more...

Its in Pixels and I want in Inches.
