The Effects menu is enabled now. Thank you.
I didn't like those 2 ways because the limits of shadow have the same intensity on the borders if you understand me.
The only way I did nice was using your suggestion 2 plus Edit Gradient tool, but too complicated. CorelDraw have a easy tool to do that without many steps (just like Edit Gradient tool).

There are two ways. One way is to enable Effects menu and use Drop shadow script. The other one is to make your background white and put a half-trasparent gray copy of the object behind the object just a few pixels to the right and down.
