Obviously it's still under development - otherwise it would be live on the main inkscape.org domain. I don't personally know anyone who launches websites without cross-browser testing... (by the way, I'm not doing the coding).
On Firefox (3.6.3) for example, some of the "boxes" are not large enough to hold the resident text. With the "Learning Resources" button the last word "Inkscape" is chopped in half by the bottom of the box.
I'll let Chris know about that thanks. Which operating system do you use? (It looks fine on Firefox 3.6.13 on a Mac.)
