This sounds very good.

But since the compiled packages (Windows) of the development verions are either not updated since oct. 25 (Mirrored Win32 Builds, and EXE-only) or never reachable (Daniel's Thrice-Daily Win32 Builds and "a la carte" files) ...

One of the three sites works, I downloaded a build yesterday which works for me.
