can you try to fully uninstall and reinstall Inkscape ? It's a known problem with updating with the installers :/

First of all, I like to thank you so much for your very interesting community formedto keep developing this amazing software for free in the last 25 years !I also like to say that few days ago I've installed Inkscape versions 1.2.1 and 1.2.2unsuccessful. Below you have informations about the problem:
1st message: This software cannot be initialized because the file api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dllis missing in your computer. Try to reinstall it to solve this problem (I've solved)
2nd message: "Inkscape found an internal error and it will be closed" (same message for both versions)
