In summary, if you're using all free & open source software there, you should be fine and not need any extra permission. If you're using proprietary software, make sure you're using editions that allow for commercial usage.
(Just a side-note: I think that since CS5, Student and Teacher editions allow for commercial work if purchased by eligible individuals - http://www.adobe.com/education/students/studentteacheredition/faq.html)
