[Inkscape-user] Win32 Builds

My apologies in advance if this is not the correct mailing list for this question-

Is there an alternative download location for the Win32 builds? The last 2 builds have been empty and I am dying to check out the new tweak tool! I have tried (unsuccessfully) to build on WinXP, Debian Linux and cross-compile for Win32 so I have been eagerly waiting all weekend for the new nightly builds and the suspense is killing me :-)
