The resolution is too low to have good results using automatic trace, but you can easily draw bezier curves on top of it (manual trace), like this quick one: http://nicubunu.ro/pictures/12175-title-0-0.svg

But how did you do this. I tried to read the svg
document source but I really do not understand how to
read these type of documents. I usually just follow tutorials
