No, this is definitely a list geared toward users. Two differences between your original message an Richard's stick out to me. Richard provided a clear relevant subject line and his question was prominent at the beginning of the message. I often quickly skim the users list looking for questions that I might be able to answer, if the question isn't obvious I'm sure to miss it. That's what happened in this case. I'm sorry I missed the questions in your message the first time.
