You are quite right about Google's indexing of .pdf, .ppt, .doc etc, I should have mentioned this but if Google will not index SVG should we brainstrom about work around solutions?
I also posted similar thread on the open source flash list. I am getting some interesting answers, which I will share as they come in, here is one:
