[Inkscape-user] Inkscape not printing properly

Hi! I'm having trouble printing out my poster project. It consists of 1 layer with several shapes, fonts, and an imported gif w/ background transparency. When I print it, several objects....specifically my background does not print out. I saved it as a pdf and the imported gif did not show up when I viewed it, but everything else was there. Any ideas? Do I have to flatten? If so how? Thanks, Billy
