Hi Alvin,

that's because I disabled AppVeyor about two weeks ago and switched our Windows CI to use GitLab CI using a custom build machine instead.

You can find Windows builds directly in GitLab alongside other build artifacts now (see [1] for the full list).

For everybody finding the list hard to navigate the latest successful build can always be downloaded from [2] as well.
