And where, specifically, can we find the latest good bits for Win32?
http://www.inkscape.org/win32-snap/Inkscape0506261800.zip is corrupt, like many of the Win32 snaps in the past.

And http://cortijodelrio.net/~inkscape/ seems to be unreachable.
