Hi,

A new version of the book is available with the information about flowed text included. I don't think it is proper to add "raw" announcements verbatim unless the original author agrees.

There have been many minor revisions as well (English/structure mainly) and a bit more material added. It will be a few weeks before any other additions are made as I will be on vacation and not have easy internet access.
