Jordan,<br><br>Inkscape is very different from paint in that paint is a raster drawing program and inkscape is a vector drawing program.&nbsp; This means in paint you edit individual pixels where as inkscape objects and paths that can be edited. 
<br><br>A paint program is more analogous to actually drawing on a piece of paper.&nbsp; Dealing with vectors can take a little time before you get the hang of it. <br><br>I suggest you go through Tav&#39;s guidebook on line at:
