Here is the full license (https://inkscape.org/about/license/). The short answer to your question is that you don't need to attribute Inkscape in your game. Software licensed under the "GPL" is free to use however you want. The only real constraints come into play when you are repurposing the code itself and redistributing that software. If you had a mini paint game inside your game built with Inkscape code, then that would have some requirements. I hope that helps. Good luck with the game!
