[Inkscape-user] Printing on Suse 10.0 Fails

I'm running Inkscape 0.43 on Suse 10.0 with KDE 3.4.2b and when I try to print, nothing happens. The print dialog never appears. If I run Inkscape from the command line, I see the following errors:

(inkscape:10775): GnomePrint-CRITICAL **: gnome_print_fill: assertion `gp_gc_has_currentpath (pc->gc)' failed

(inkscape:10775): GnomePrintCupsPlugin-WARNING **: iconv does not support ppd character encoding: ISOLatin1, trying CSISOLatin1

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
