New to Inkscape so take this for what it's worth ... (not much):

When I "open" your PNG file in Inkscape it appears blurry (or at least has the jaggies) but by default is significantly enlarged.

If I manually by eye resize it to the same dimensions I see when I look at the PNG in a browser it "appears" in Inkscape to be faithful to the image in a browser. If you resize its display in Inkscape to "real" dimensions is it still "really blurry"?
