lines in one point: no, not as real node. If you just want three lines that will
always come out of the same point, you can try using the connector-line tool,
connecting lines between invisible circles or rectangles

Inkscape WILL snap to
end-points and corners though, if you set up the snap-behaviour like that. A
trick I use if I want a line to attach to the exact center of side,
