I don't know much more than you do, just that blueprints exists and
are meant for this kind of stuff. To start a new one you must probably
login to launchpad (so you must create an account first if you don't
have one) then I guess there's a new button somewhere.
As for summarizing your emails, well just re-read them and try to make
them smaller ;)
