[Inkscape-user] Where are the blur-effects?

Hi there,

after some tries, I managed to compile Inkscape 0.441 ;-)

But where are these amazing blur-effects ... ?? I can't find them in the fill-dialog (Screenshot: http://www.thomas-zastrow.de/temp/screenshotInkscape.jpg).

Or Am I to stupid ..??
