Moreover, in this case it's highly probable that the problem is actually not in Inkscape but in the GTK library. So it's likely that if this problem is reported on the GTK mailing list it will get more attention. Be prepared to state your exact version of GTK and OS and the exact hardware and driver you use. It may very well be a known problem for GTK devs.

This is not a Wacom-only problem; I wrote about this issue in the first message posted to this list, not that long ago. The problem occurs on both, Windows and Linux; and my tablet is from Genius. Everything is ok in GIMP, so I am not sure if this is an exclusively GTK problem.
