Don't discount the simple fact that the answer to mine was likely much simpler than the answer to yours. ;)
Whether or not the simplicity of my question is directly correlated to my inkscape skill level is another matter entirely! :)

Got it in one. His question was generic, and something that i instantly knew an answer too. Yours was somewhat obscure (its not something I'd needed to change) quite possibly platform specific in details (the gtk stuff is subtly different from platform to platform, and OSX is not my thing - I'm win32 based) and it came at a point where there was a lot on my plate. You things I know, and are lucky with your timing, and you'll get the same swift response :)
