[Inkscape-user] From Inkscape to Flash

Hi everyone,

the FAQ states that "you can export graphics from Inkscape to use it in Flash". Which is the recommended file format?

I am planning to do a very very simple animation, basically just some self drawn shapes moving over the screen. The idea is to draw the backgrounds and moving objects in inkscape and then export to flash. Are there any reports of successfully using inkscape for that?
